I wanted to thank you and your staff for providing us with such excellent cuisine during the Mid Atlantic $500,000, this past summer in Cape May N.J. As you know I work on the Uncle T and we had a charter for the tournament. Chef Lenny's kitchen was a hit with the charter, crew and everyone back at the dock banging down the leftovers. Every time we opened up a "muffeletta" sandwich tray or the crab balls, within minutes a white marlin would come up and we would get a bite. I attribute much of our success in this tournament to the quality of food we had in our stomach. In all seriousness, thank you again for delivering as promised at 3am on fish days and for the fine quality you are providing us with when we leave the dock. I will continue to recommend Chef Lenny's kitchen to anyone I know going offshore or eating in their own kitchen. Keep us the good work!
