Better known as "Captain Cook", Capt./Chef Leonard Strobel has been an avid blue water tournament fisherman for the past 30 years and captains his family sport fishing boat along the Eastern Seaboard. A graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts in Atlantic City, NJ, he owns and operates "Chef Leonards In Home, On Boat, Off Premise Gourmet Catering Service". He also offers a captain/catering package for anyone interested in having him run the boat and cook for their crew in any major tournament or recreational fishing. Len has also opened a carryout facility in Hammonton, NJ called Chef Lenny's Kitchen, which specializes in "family style dinners", homemade bread for his specialty sandwiches called "Muffulettas", and he plans on shipping these menu items out to fishing vessels all over the country.
