Recipe of the Month:
Lobster Parmigiana Over Angel Hair Pasta
Serving Size: "Family Style" feeds 3 to 4
Ingredients
2 lbs. Lobster meat (steamed & cut into bite size pieces)
2 quarts of sauce marinara
Chopped basil
Fresh mozzarella
Angel hair pasta cooked "Al Dente" (to the bite)
Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese
Method
In a sauce pan heat marinara to a simer. Add your lobster meat and carfully fold into sauce fora few minutes. Preheat oven on medium broil. Transfer sauce in baking dish, top with mozzarella and place in oven. Remove dish when cheese has melted.
In a large serving dish, place your pasta then top with your lobster parmigiana and garnish with fresh basil & grated cheese.
Approximate prep and cook time: 30 minutes
Recommended wine: Pinot Grigio
